When I run Vbulletin on my little make shift server
with win98, and PWS, it works fine.
I got 2000 adv. ser. so more people could access it,
but when I use 2000, people can't upload attachments
to the forum.
I have PHP4, and MYSql installed, the VBulletin needs
to operate. Other than that everything is great, except
that I'm also using ICS, and I have 2000 pro on one
machine on my lan, and 2000 ser. won't assign it an ip
sometimes, but that's a different story.
My question is what do I need to enable or disable,
so that people can upload again to my forum?
