W2K Offline folders not visible in Windows Explorer after SP3 install

Seems that after I installed W2K SP3 on my W2K pro Sony Vaio laptop the network drive files and folders aren't accesible using Windows Expolrer anymore. The files and folders are available offline, but won't show up in Windows Explorer like before SP3??? Microsoft Support has nothing to say??? Any tips will be most welcome!
