W2K not starting up

I recently updated and ran Spybot and Ad-Aware, rebooted my computer and had the following occur: start-up gets to blue screen with "loading personal settings" box, then screen flashes to black, then flashes to blue with "log on" box, then "saving settings" box, and cycles between all four screens continuously... I tried all F8 options during start-up with every option ending up with the flashing screens as described above. No Safe Mode, no last good config, etc....

try a repair, boot from cd like u wanne install, first choiche to repair skip (continue like install), second choiche 2 repair choose repair.
