W2K IPSec transport mode through NAT

I have two Windows 2000 Server machines separated by a PIX firewall. I would like the two systems to communicate over W2K's built-in IPSec. The server on the inside interface is NAT'd. I have opened the necessary ports/protocols, but the the NAT'd system reports bad SPI packets.

Does anyone know if this is possible or have a sample configuration? I do not want to use L2TP or IPSec tunnels.

TIA
