Hi,

Just installed Oracle 9i and noticed it came with the Apache. My W2K Server already has the IIS running and I could see Apache.exe is running as a service process. When I put in the localhost, the " showed up. Is it possible to access the Apache http server without shutting down the IIS? If so, how?

Thanks,

Mike

No two services can be listening on the same port of the same IP address at the same time.

You can add another IP address to the server, and have IIS respond on port 80 only on one and Apache respond on port 80 only on the other.

You can have the two servers respond on different ports on the same IP address. Want the best answers? Ask the best questions: TANSTAAFL!
