W2K IAS + Cisco

It's my very first visit on this list so I would like to say HI to all.
My question is:
Did anybody configured W2K IAS (Internet Authentication Service) to work with Cisco router (as RAS for DialIn users)?
I have it configured, but my configuration works only when I call using PAP. In case of more complicated protocols (like: chap, ms-chap) my IAS server denies all request (no one can authenticate).
I would be grateful for any help...
