About 6 months ago I setup a W2K Pro system to act as an FTP server to exchange files. For some reason, about 1 month ago, I could not access the FTP server from Internet Explorer on a Windows XP machine. I receive the error "An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder."
If I use an FTP program from the same machine, everything works fine. To make matters stranger, I can use Internet Explorer from any Windows 2000 client or Windows 98 client without a problem.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks,
Joe
