W2K Event ID: 61 after SP3 installed (printing)

Hi there.

I have two W2K advanced server print servers.
After SP3 was installed I began to receive

Event ID: 61
Description: The document document_name owned by username failed to print. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 63(0x3f)

appearing in the System Event log.

I found an article from Microsoft describing this error and it was written that Microsoft has the fix, but yet they did not post it.


Has anyone had any success in resolving this Error msg?(even though it is NOT an error)
