W2k and NT4 policies in a nt4 domain

Hi,

can someone please help with the following. I have an nt4 domain with 500 stations that use nt policies to restrict user access to their desktop environment. I am currently creating a windows 2000 standard desktop that i would also like to implement the same restrictions. Is there a way that I can co-exist the 2 environments on my nt4 domain ???
