W2k Access Denied/Invalid Credential

I've got a .net 1.1 Intranet site with Integrated windows authentication enabled. I've got ~650 XP pro clients that are able to view the website with no problem. However, I've got 1 Win2k machine that throws a 401.1 "unauthorized: access is denied due to Invalid Credentials." when it tries to access the site. I've logged in to that computer with user accounts that I know work on XP boxes, but no luck. I've run all the windows updates and fixes (as of this morning). Unfortunately, I can't put XP on that machine.
I'd appreciate any help.
