W2000 Server / Pro User task files avoiding deletion

Created files for users to work on common tasks individually and use save as to save their various efforts.
It's great - users can't sabotage each others work and leave it saved but they can delete all the files in the folder. A step by step guide to avoiding this would be appreciated. I've made some efforts with deny delete in advanced options without success.
