W2000 Server lan dial up to ISP?

I have a small isolated W2000 lan and would like to set up an on demand modem dial up connection to an ISP.

The network comprises one W2000 server domain controller and 15 clients running W98SE or W2000Professional. The server has ADS installed and it also provides DNS & DHCP services. I believe I need the RRA Service and the server will have to run this as well.

Could someone point me to some step by step instructions, or provide some other sort of advice?
