W2000 pro can't stay connected to internet

I have 15 computers in the network with a direct connection to the ISP thru a switch. Win98 is running on 13 of the 15 computers the remaining 2 run win200 pro.

The problem is the 2 running Win2000 pro sometime fail to connect to internet. I then have to swap the preferred and alternate DNS server IP address. This works out.

Why Win200 only ??
