W2000 domain and NT server

Are there accounts on the NT box that you want in the W2K Domain?
If so then you want to create a Two Way trust between them and use the ActiveDirectory Migration tool to migrate them.
You cant just plug the NT box into the W2k Domain and expect it to work, it will no longer function as a Domain Controller.
For one, the W2k Domain is probably Native Mode which is a big NO for any NT Domain Controllers.
Better to keep them both separate and migrate everything from one side to the other.
