W2000 & Netscape problem

This may not be the right forum but the W2000 forum hasn't provided any answers.

My wife has W2000 on her machine along with Netscape 7.02. Every now and then, especially when filling out an online form, Netscape will cause an error and shut down.

Please, if anyone has any clues on how to fix this I would be very grateful!

You've tried reinstalling Netscape?

Does it crunch Explorer or Mozilla, too?

I don't think she's tried a reinstall but I tell her about it. And no, there isn't any problems with IE or Mozilla.

I'll let you know what happens.
