W/O cost roll up register error

In this module I am getting an error stating Application is attempting to open more files than allowed. Terminate it? Yes or No. Not sure why this is doing this.

Which version are you on and do you have all of your patches installed.

This is version 4.0 and I am not sure what you mean by patches. Could you explain what those are?

I suspected you were on v4.0. This was an error message that first appeared on early releases of v4.0. It has been corrected with later models. Do you have a reseller? If you upgrade to v4.05 at least you should be fine.

Should I talk to my reseller to upgrade to 4.05 and will this cost anything on our end to upgrade to that version?

Yes you should talk with your reseller. If you do not have any modifications it should be an easy upgrade. If you are current on your maintenance you get the upgrades for free. I would strongly suggest going to v4.20 if at all possible.
