(1) Installed System Works 2003 (all options). On reboot, W-98 locks solid just as desktop icons are starting to be "colored in". Waited a long time in case it was "working". Tried Ctrl-Alt-Del but Close Program dialog box did not appear. Had to restart in safe mode and then uninstalled SW2003. Now W-98 boots just fine again. Any ideas?
(2) I installed IE6 as part of the SW2003 install (SW2003 demands this) - I tried to run IE6 after uninstalling SW2003 and this caused my AOL cable modem connection to "disconnect". Any ideas?
