VxSS Install on Media Server

Has anyone ever seen this message after the installation process of the Authentication Service:

"Postinstall configuration failed[Errorcode:24587]. Retry configuration using vssconfig.exe"

I'm trying to bring up a 6.0 environment on my test boxes but this setup of VxSS is killing me.
