VXA 320 not showing tapes in the management console

I ran the inventory and now it appears in the Device and the Media tabs! Should I do this with each media as I put them in? The system seems to be running fine…You just can’t see the media.

I still can’t go and use tools to Erase and do the other functions as they are still greyed out.

That is what my client emailed me. Will someone please help me out on this matter?
