VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1= not being seen 1

it's a new 2851 router with four of these installed. 12.4 IOS, show interface has not serial interfaces!
what can I do?

you need to do
card type t1
then
controller t1 0 0
channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24 speed 64
end

then you should have a

int s0/0/0:0


sorry im not in front of a router to give the exact syntax.. but give that a go...
