I have about 50-75 users per day connecting to our W2K3 RC2 Terminal Server. Mostly for running ERP software and NOTHING else. I have 5 users who need to be setup with Outlook 2003 Exchange (we outsource it so we use RPC over HTTP).

The easiest way is for these terminal server users to use Outlook 2003 in the terminal server session instead of flipping back and forth between desktop and RDP. What risks am I looking at? How bad can they mess up the server in case they download a malicious file or let's say corrupt something within the Windows environment?

Right now everyone is limited to just the ERP software and nothing else.
