I have a co-worker in another office whose Vuesion server died due to hardware issues. He did not have a backup of the database. I sent him another Vuesion server from a site that upgraded to a new system. He hooked it up and connected it to his Hipath 3750. He then proceeded to "import names from switch" and it is now stuck in a looping restart with the message, “Start switch recovery…switch requested session close.” He's already tried bouncing the voicemail server, and unsurprisingly that didn’t help. Suggestions? I am looking for the easiest way for him to get the extension/name information from the switch to the Vuesion. Thanks in advance!
