just attempting to see if i can get a way of finding out when an agent has logged onto their handset. If they can check if they have used the correct login ID on the screen, via the VuStats. I have configured a button on their handset for the Vu display. Added the format number in the appropriate field, then left the ID field blank. As when you enter a specific agent login ID, then no matter if you login with any other login ID it will just display the ID you added in the ID field. Just wondering if there is a way to configure the VU stat to check the agent ID which logs in there and then, and not a static ID that you enter in the ID field? If i remove the agent ID from that field it doesn't display any info at the top of the phone display. Attached word doc is how I've currently setup the vu stats.
