VTL - need real life experiences EMC and NetApp

Hi - we're currently going through an RFP and have shortlisted to NetApp VTL1400 and the EMC 4206 EDL and would really like to hear what others have experienced with these. Thanks for any info you can provide (gotchas, issues, performance, etc.)
