Has anyone experienced a problem with vtech MWI on a 3300ICP with ASUII and AX controllers using ONS24 port cards. Customer has a mix of teledex phones that they are switching out to Vtech. The teledex phones work fine but the vtech light is very dim. There is a strap in the phone to make it high voltage vs low voltage and when we set it to high voltage it works fine. Is there something in the Mitel that can be adjusted so we don't need to open up all the phones?
