VT100 control are block

Hi guys

I have a cisco 2811 connect to a 5ess switch.
It work well on the cisco 2511 and when we transfert this over the new cisco 2811 the control code of the vt100 seem to be block or wrong.
In ascii mode it's working because login and pasword are OK and when we switch to VT100 emulation in the 5ess it's stop working correctly.

Maybe post in the Alcatel or Lucent forum? The Cisco forum won't tell you how to console into a Lucent phone switch...
Is it supposed to be null modem? What emulator are you using? If ASCII emulation works, why are you changing it to VT100???

My problem is that with a cisco 2511 it's working and with the new 2811 it's not working.

The command in 5ess "rcv:menu,apprc;" is to switch to vt100 menu.
I have compare the 2 config and they are identical

This is working in the 2511 and with the same cable switch to the new 2811 it's not working.
This is why I post it on cisco forum

The baud rate

4800/4800

is likely the suspect. I would change the config register in rommon or manually change it in the phone switch or the emulation program. What are you using? VT100 should work just fine with anything---DEC was the God Father of terminals (not to mention Windows NT, which really came from VAX microcode/VMS).
