VT 100 Terminal Emulator problem

I am using Async Pro to write a program that uses TAPI to connect to a bulletin board. The program uses a script so that a user of the program doesn't have to enter in any input. The only problem is that the cursor returns to the top of the screen after input from the script. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep the cursor from returning to the top of the terminal
