Dear MD experts!
I have found out that using VSU2 in MD110 I can get Automated Attendant feature. It means that a customer listens to the Voice Answer like "Welcom in Ericsson" and then he can dial the desired extension number.
Normally in MD110 - BC10 I can listen to the Voice Answer and then the call goes to the destination included in calling number.
Is it true and if yes how can I score it ?
