VSU Recorded Announcement

I have a good quality recording of some announcements I need to transfer to our VSU2. I have played the announcement into the handset while recording to the VSU but the quality is greatly reduced when recording this way. Is there a better way to transfer our announcements? System is MD110 BC10.

you can use an option unit which you can place onto the handset and then you'll have a line in/out interface

do not expect too much. Quality is with opitonunit also reduced.
