Please could someone confirm the number of ports on a VSU2 board and what will happen if they are all used when a message is due to be played to a queuing caller?

Also, can messages be assigned to PBX hunt groups as well as ACD groups?

* It occupies 16 timeslots but have 12 onboard .
Uncompressed 3,5 minutes recordable , compressed 16 min.

* If all 12 individuals is busy the message is skipped .

It is possible to select what happens when no VSU port is available. The options include:

Give Busy Tone
Normal Call Routing

It is also possible to set weather a full mesage is played or the message is cut short if an agent becomes available during the playback of the nmessage.
