VSS Web Project Deployment problems

I am one of two users working w/various web projects. For some unknown reason, my co-worker is unable to Deploy files within two particular web project folders.

I see them as web projects; she does not. On other projects, she does NOT have this problem. ALL user rights are identical for the both of us. Even the SS.INI files are the same.

Can anyone shed some light on the problem here?
