Every so often our VB developers get an "Access to file \\lvb1s02\VSS\lvbrands\users\username\ssi.ini denied" error message. Other developers are able to access VSS when this happens.
Rebooting the VSS server has been our only solution to this problem. No files appear to be locked or in-use. After the reboot, all users can access VSS.
Does anyone have a fix for this short of rebooting the server?
