VSS on client machine

Xp client user connected to windows server03 wants to use Volume shadow copy service but its not showing on the Volumes Properties where the shared folder is located . Is this feature disabled in XP machine ? or the have to configure in some other ways

Now my question is how a user can use the VSS service on the Client machine ?


twclient already installed on the XP machine for the previous versions tab
The Client XP machine is in the network .

Is this 'client' XP Home by any chance? VSS is not included in XP Home.
