Hi,

this is a Microsoft error and not NetWorker specific. Have you had a look at Microsoft's web? Here is one possible solution but you can probably find more if you google:

Do you actually want to backup using the VSS method?

if not add VSS:*=off in the 'save operations' field for the client. NetWorker will then use the legacy method to backup.

We also have this error on a maschine, we reboot and everythings works
