vSphere Client 5 Licensing Reporting not displaying

I recently upgraded to Vmware vCenter Server 5-U1 and vSphere 5 and if I go to Home/Administration/Licensing in vSphere and click on the "reporting" tab it just shows "This program cannot display the webpage"
I have reloaded the vSphere client and still get the same error.

I have no problem getting to the internet and the firewall is not turned on on the box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should also see similar if you go to the performance tab of an object.

Go into IE Security and make the local host a trusted site.

nope, still looks the same, and I can see the performance page of an object with no problem...
