Hi, does anyone nowhere i can get service packs or hotfixes for vscan 4.5.1
The problem i have is the upgrade task which i scheduled is starting on the client's machine and then trying to connect to the server site, it is then that i get an error saying "The specified username is invalid". When i go into the upgrade configuration at the client pc in the domain/username text box theres always a / in front of my domain/username, like so /domain/username, i did not enter this when i configured the task at the epo server and i know this is what is giving me the error. Other than going round every client personally i cant get rid of this annoying first /. i was wondering then if a service pack or a hotfix would sort this out.

Service packs can be downloaded from the NAI website using your grant number. Hotfixes have to be requested through their technical support team. Contact your sales rep on this.
