VS 2008 - web project publishing as windows app?

Hi

We have just upgraded to Visual Studio 2008 and when we publish one of our web projects it brings up the dialogue for publishing windows apps instead of the Web Project publish.

Has anyone experienced this?

we have clicked the convert to web application option but this does not appear to do anything (and the option to convert stays available)
