VS 2008 w/ .NET 3.5 framework for ASP.NET 1

Hi! I installed the .NET framework 3.5 to both my machine and the server. I noticed with VS-2008, if I'm using a project, I can target which framework to use, such as 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5. But with the website, how could this be done? Also, on the IIS configuration, I only see ASP.NET v1.1 and ASP.NET v2.0. What happen to v3.0 or v3.5? Can anyone point me to the right direction? Thanks...

If you are writing apps for 3.0/3.5, just set IIS to 2.0. the 3.0/3.5 frameworks are extensions of 2.0.
