Last week I loaded VS2008 for a test run and I liked it. But it has some problems.
At first I thought it was my PC but after checking everything and reading on the Net, it seems like a problem MS needs to solve.

It skips, meaning if you're working on something it stops for a sec or two then continues. Also it drives my machine to 100% when I move the cursor around the window. Not the mouse, the cursor in the document. It's aggravating.

I moved my project to Visual Web Developer and it's not so bad but it also has a skip.

Anyone found a cure for this yet? I hate to go back to VS 2005 because I like some of the features of the environment, like the ability to Ctrl-F2 from the dev to the style sheet. That's a great time saver.

My guess is the reason is that 2008 always keeps the gui view and the code view in sync.. SO just tabing between controls may cause this. (I can't say I have noticed it do what you described (except on occasion), so have never felt the need to go back to 05.)

I love the integration with css debugging jscript etc..
