VS 2008 Power Pack Data Repeater Missing

Trying to update an old project in VS 2008 that I moved to new Win 10 computer.
Under power packs on the tool bar it lists Pointer and Print Form.
When I right click and choose items to add the data repeater it doesn't show up on the list, only the print form shows up.
I installed the power packs again but the other controls still don't show up.
Not sure what to do from here.

Is the data repeater control still a good control to use in Windows forms, any alternatives?
I have a short list of delivery locations (2-4) where most of the data is repeated for each location.

OK, got them to show up.
Embarrassed to say I had an old version of the Pack.

I would still like some input on using the data repeater if you would be so kind.
