VRU passing data question

We have a Conversant that is passing us data. I have provided our Conversant admin with the data return code and he showed me in a trace that it was sending the data but I can get the data into the UEC/UUI. I want my vdn 3125 to send the data passed from the Conversant to the Agent's station. VDN 3125 points to a vector that queues to a skill. I thought I just needed a collect step to get the digits out of the VRU but is their something missing? Can anyone help?

Did you adminster the converse data return code on the feature access code page of the switch and in the conversant?

Does the agent have a "Caller Info" button that they can press to see the information that is passed back from the Conversant?
