G'day all,
Have a curious issue on a SV8100. The customer has a recorded VRS which states the caller is to press 1 to talk to someone, press 2 to organize a meeting. The second option is to obtain a line out and call the head office.
I have instructed the VRS to go to a virtual which is then call forwarded offsite to the number.
If you call the virtual from a internal digital handset, the call is established and all is okay. When a caller comes in on an outside line, the VRS option is announced, when the customer presses 2, the call is dropped. Its using a PSTN (POTS) line.
I'm pretty sure i've ticked all the right boxes and entered the correct amounts such as;
14-02-12 - Ticked the box
20-11-11 - Ticked the box
20-11-12 - Ticked the box
24-02-10 - We set to 600 seconds
I would appreciate any assistance.
Thanks!
Chalky.
