I have been going nuts with a problem. I had an older proliant 3000 motherboard -SP#306561-00132CAE1JG895G. I could not get 2 processors to work in it. I then upgraded the motherboard to-P26A3ANK3J807J. I tried to use the VRM's and used a matched pair or PIII 450's. the VRM's were part#299307-001 rev.08. I could power on the the system, the LCD showed Firmware and default info. It would not POST but would just power on. My question is will these VRM's work or do they need to upgraded to work with a PIII. They were used for a PII350. I appreciate any help in this problem as this system is going to be setup for student use.

Thnx,

Wm
