Help
I have the a befw1154 linksys router/wap
I have the WPC11 V4 for a wireless card
My company uses the cisco vpn 3.6.4
I have a windows 2000 pro machine.

I can connect via the vpn while connected to the router via cat5 cable
However when I attempt to use this via the WPC11 v 4 it does not work....

Any suggestion on how to make this work via the wireless..or made switching card brands to get it to work.

Anything would be very welcome.

Thanks

there is no error code on the wireless connection the vpn software tells me I am connected however I cannot pull email from the exchange server nor can I remote into any of the servers.

Like I said it works great while connected via the cat5 cable.

Is this brand related?

Asked and answered in the Linksys forum. As I said in that thread, the issue is that the WPC11 Version 4 had a faulty driver that would not allow PPTP tunnels, but would allow Ipsec.

Replacing the driver as linked in my reply will fix the problem.
