vpn works but people at work can use internet while somebody is vpn'in

hi,
using windows 2000 server (standalone) latest service pack with isa server installed. I ran the vpn wizard in isa server and the vpn works. Problem is, when somebody vpn's into the network, the internet goes down for everybody! The only way to get it back is to disconnect the user and restart rras in services. any clues? this one is very important to me. Thanks in advance

A REAL SHOT IN THE DARK and applying some logic from another scenario but is the dial in VPN user somehow screwing up your DNS. A real shot in the dark as I said but I know that when I set up a VPN for a remote user the user couldn't resolve internal addresses because they were utilising ISP DNS.
Is there some way that when your user dials in they are somehow managing to screw the internal DNS and substitute it with 'their' ISP DNS addresses?

I am sure this wont help that much but...
