VPN with Nortel Client and Linux DSL router

Hello,

I have a Nortel Contivity client running on my home PC. I try to connect to my company network trough my Linux DSL router, which normally gives me access to the internet. A local point to point connection with an ISDN card on my PC works fine, but when I try to use my LAN configuration with the Linux router, I can not connect. Does anybody know why?
