VPN With ISA 2004 and SBS 2003

Hi

Since im a noob with VPN's im posting a thread here in hope to get enlightend

I have one server sbs2003 and one separate win2k3 server with ISA 2004.

Do I have to configure the SBS Server as RAS server and then configure ISA to send all VPN requests to the SBS server? Or only ISA as VPN server?
