VPN with dynamic IP on server?

I am using a internet connection with a dynamic ip, and a no-ip.info address to get access to the server, but is it possible to vpn to it? The server is connected via a Dell Wireless 2350 Broadband Router, does this router support vpn, and if it does, is there anyone who knows how to configure it?

Do i need any special program to get vpn to work or can i use winxp's vpn-connection?

normally it work for windows PPTP but IPSec VPN. However, it may work if you use hardware IPSec. for troubleshooting DDNS, check this pahe,
