VPN with DSL Question

Will a Cisco PIX 501 Firewall allow me to connect to the internet via DSL and Site-to-site VPN to another PIX 515?

You will need a dsl modem in front of the 501 as it won't terminate the dsl connection itself.

I will have a DSL Modem provided from the telephone carrier. Is that all I need?
