Hello all!!
We have a customer that is using a VPN phone in Arizona. He is connecting to the IP Office via a Cisco ASA 5506.
Every time this user parks someone, he claims the phone will "completely lock up, i have to ask the customer to hang up and call back to get the person we need to talk with, and i then have to disconnect the phone from the internet for it to unlock from its state."
Now, I'm not entirely sure what is causing this issue.
The order of the tunnel goes as follows:
Comcast gateway ---> Cisco ASA ---> Tenda Switch ---> IP Office
This is a typical install for how we do VPN phones so I'm just curious if anyone had this kind of issues before.
I made changes to the IKE Policies and Parameters settings. I changed the Lifetime seconds to Unlimited from 86400 and changed the NAT Keepalive time from 20 seconds to 900 seconds just to test to see if anything changes.
Thank you all!!
